IMPORTANT: If you choose to use a credit card as your payment method, your Shipping Address must be the same as your Billing Address, or it must be on file with your credit card company as an authorized shipping address. This is a necessary fraud-prevention measure for your protection, and we cannot make an exception under any circumstances.
We process and ship most orders the same day if the order is received before 1:00pm PST. However, occasionally it may take 1-2 business days before we can process and ship your order. The availability and processing time of each product are indicated on the individual product information page. If an item is on back-order, or if we cannot ship an item within three (3) business days, we will contact you and let you know the approximate wait time, and you always have the option to change or cancel your order before it ships. Your credit card is not charged until we have shipped your item. Orders placed over weekends are processed the following Monday.

If you have not received a tracking number, or do not know the status of your order, please allow 24 hours before contacting us. Tracking information is automatically provided to you by e-mail when your order has shipped. It may take up to 12 hours before your package enters the shipping courier’s computer system and you can track your package with the provided tracking number. You can check the status of an order or track an order by logging into your account and viewing the appropriate order.
We are committed to providing you with the most efficient and cost-effective shipping options. Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order, and are shown during the checkout process.
Since UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes (including military), we can only ship to physical addresses within the United States.
